Lake Tahoe Yoga is Tahoe's Premier Yoga Studio. Our practice is prevention. Consistent movement in all directions helps keep bodies flexible, strong and safe. Conscious breathing can be used when a reminder is needed to remain calm. Every movement, thought and word we speak has an effect on both ourselves and those around us. Yoga teaches us to practice truth, generosity and moderation. Through these practices we learn to honor the world around us and respect those with whom we interact.
